Before you make any transaction, go to any ATM machine that would give you a print out that has a leger and available balance on your account then after the transaction, still go back to ATM machine to get exactly what you were charged at the point of transaction. Check back on the ATM the next day and you will see a different balance other than what you had after your transaction and if it reflects their end on the second day then you will see another balance entirely which will result to a different exchange rate on a transaction that happened 2 days ago. You probably have not been monitoring what you use.

I think it's the Mastercard that first Bank perform wonders on. When the naira was still at 166 they added like 20+ naira to someone's exchange rate.
