Hi All,

I'm looking for greenfield plots of land in Cross Rivers,Akwa Ibom,Abia,Imo and Enugu states for fifteen years lease for telecoms base station construction,especially in Calabar,Ikang,Oron,Eket,Uyo and Umuahia for now.

Dimension:
(a) 9000mm X 9000mm i.e 9m by 9m
(b) 12000mm X 12000mm 1.e 12m by 12m

Still waiting for responses.This is a good deal for any interested land ownersas the land reverts back to you after 15yrs,by which time the Telecom compan will re-negotiate with you
