In my time of hearing of online tests and what not, I have never seen any as bad as this. From the beginning , it's been a failure from addressing people with wrong names to their site been temporarily unavailable on test day . Very very poor and not organised atal. I was sent an email and did all that was required. On the day. The website didn't work for over 1 hour when it did work eventually I answered a question and the rest went blank. It kept saying check your Internet connection till my time ran down but I was sooo online. Other sites opened with ease. In fact I used my swift modem and wrote the exam near a swift base station sef. This should be re organised and we should be sent emails all over again. Better still make it a physical one if sterling can't cope with online tests. Cheers . I would like to hear from others please. We're you able to write the test?

Serious flop...they are just not organised. Jobberman that is a one man's business has surpassed Sterling bank as recognised as they are...they can behave anyhow they like. What happens to peeps that spent money to visit the cafe? As for me i use my tablet but what about those peeps that went to buy airtime and the cyber cafe stuff? Big poo

Same experience here, more than an hour now of trying to gain access with fruitless response, i guess their site is congested. Its poorly organised from the beginning cox they should have carefully map out their strategies knowing fully well the number of candidates that applied. If only they will reorganise another one and maybe a PBT will be a better option than this total flop CBT.

I was able to finally access just 1 question. It's an interview and not a test sef. " assuming my name is Jerry and I am applying to be marketing trainee . Answer the questions that ensue that you feel best suits. 1. Please introduce yourself. A. I am an engineering graduate b. I am a hardworking and passionate young person with interest in marketing c. You have my cv anyways d. I am a graduate looking for job. I answered and clicked next and the rest went blank. And my 5 minutes ran through continuously saying check your Internet connection. I was able to call them and the lady that spoke could not get me to understand what's happening. I waited close to 12 minutes before I was attended to.

But getting the time extended doesn't guarantee it will still happen. In fact it might be more of a curse than a blessing with the extension. **good time to have a cafe**. imagine those that now eventually get 4 hours time in cafe and eventually nothing happens. Cos as it is, it still isn't working. This is absolutely ridiculous .

I just called their customer care agent and a nice miss picked and informed me that the test has been extended till 4pm and that the delay is as a result of huge traffic to their server. Good luck to others like me who are yet to take the test.
