I want to establish a BUSINESS CENTER around the FED. POLY. OKO. In Anambra State. But am worried about the challenges that the Business may face.
I will love the opinion of experienced individuals in the field and especially of those living around the said area. I will be investing in the business by 2015 beginning. Hence urgent and mature advice is needed.

So sorry for not being clear enough. The area am talking about is in Anambra State and not in Lagos. But if you have some tips about estimated cost of procuring the required equipments then it will be extremely valued.
