Please, does anyone know if Stanbic bank is an agent for MoneyGram? I am trying to send money to a family friend who only has an account there and as per Naija's (CBN) rule cannot cash it at any of the other regular banks (UBA, First, Union etc) without have an account at those banks. Can he receive MoneyGram at Stanbic bank? Thanks for responding. |
