We need to know whether there are any banks in Nigeria with links to Europe (specifically UK)

The problem is we need to be able to transfer cash between the two regions speedily and with minimum cost. Any suggestions on (tested) ways to do this.

We were thinking a bank which operates in Nigeria with operations in the UK could provide some kind of service.

Other ideas and suggestions welcome.

Union and first banks have subsidiaries or so in UK. Otherwise most if not all banks have relationships with correspondent banks in major cities of the world. Transfers won't be a problem, perhaps as you say, it'll all depend on the cost of transfers. Well call them up and ask each one of 'em. directly. There would be other ways to do this, but how willing would you be to take the risk?
