Benin doesn't have yoruba roots.
a yoruba monarch went to Bini to rule the bini people and became the Oba of Bini but that doesn't mean the people there are Yoruba and they don't claim to be either. The Igbo Jaja of Opobo ruled the Ijaw island of Opobo, but that doesn't make the Ijaws on that Island 'originate' from Igbos.

This is the problem that was raised by the NCSN and must be address in the next dispensation of Government in Lagos.
