1 Moderators should improve:
Though they are trying, they should try harder to properly evaluate threads before updating it on front page. Nairaland is a reputable international forum, therefore; it should operate in more standard ways. I mean, some threads, eventhough they convey good messages, lack conherence. At least, the mods can pm the monickers and make them edit their threads to be more comprehensibe. Some other threads are not just front page worthy, and mods should stop the idea of favouring particular monickers for FP sake, even when others have better contents. Mods should be fair to all-this is not politics.
2 Kids should grow up:
when I say "kids", I do not connote age wise. At 40, one can still be a fool. What is the meaning of litering the threads with "first to comment? How does that make you more relevant? Its not funny; its the height of immaturity and very annoying. You don't even contribute meaningfuly. Where are the mods to ban such monickers? You are not a kid because you are young, you are only a kid because you act like a kid.
3 Our youthful energy should be better chanelled:
Alot of energy is being wasted in romance section. Guys and girls doing qualitative research equivalent to a doctoral thesisis about relationships. The fact is that, you are channelling your energy in the wrong direction; researching on "25 ways to decode a girl's greenlight" is not worth it. Do the needful, and when you are successful, their greenlight will be very visibe all around you without you stressing to decode it. Be more purposeful today!

4 There should be more motivation:
Thanks to babyosisi and her crew for the just concluded essay contest. These kind of things speaks about the calibre of men and women on nairaland. Also, the nairaland inter-school debate et al are very good initiatives. There should be more-from philantropic nairalanders.
5 Lets embrace Peace and Unity:
Avoid tribal war and e-fights; there is no gain except violence, retardation etc. I see a more peaceful Nigeria after 2015 elections. We are one indivisible entity, and the earlier we accept the fact and live with it, the better for us all.
6 Criticize constructively:
It is not a bad thing to criticize or argue, but the idea of direct insults, especially in politics is very immature and animalistic. What do you just gain in calling your president "shoeless or clueless"? It doesn't make him step down. You can only try to convince people on why they should vote him out with tenable reasons. Name calling won't convince people. You can drive your point in a more decent manner. We are not animals, we are sensible individuals. Thank you.

This is just the definition of the immaturity we are talking about. When will you people just grow up and stop spreading mats? Its not a must to comment if you don't have an opinion. The attitude of playing with everything is why we are still suffering. Can we be sober for once and treat issues accordingly? This is not funny, we find funny things in jokes section.
