It is a traditional norm with some persons that at the beginning of each year, they have to make certain changes in their way of life. They in turn calls this act as new year resolution. Some may want to quit drinking,stop womanizing,get married,build houses,devote time for their families etc. It is a good thing to make such restructuring decision but the utmost question is,How effective is this resolution and are people able to maintain this through the year?
