thks for your reply. landed property is know to appreciate and not depreciate. if you buy now you can sell double the price later. and more so that a lot of development is coming into akobo axis of ibadan. i no u will not regret doin so. someone bought some acres less than 200k about a year from now and is plannin selling a plot from those acres for 200k each now. in landed property u make hay while the sun shines. |
