We have another opportunity to decide once again, the people/political parties to lead our country for the next four years. As a Nigerian, I wish to propose the following as issues that parties and aspirants at various levels should be addressing:
1. Power generation and supply to various end user:- diagnosis of magnitude of the issues and importance, resources to required, strategies, timeline and the promise.
2. Employment for the youth:- magnitude of the issues and importance( no. of unemployed Nigerian),strategies to create massive non-government employment, resources required to induce massive employment, timeline and the promise.
3. Security of lives and property:- diagnosis of the issues, resources required, strategies that will improve/ eradicate the current security situation in the country especially the NE
4. Diversification of the mono economy and stabilization of the naira:- Magnitude of the issue, strategies to stop further devaluation/erosion of naira value, timeline, the promise.
5. Transportation:- roads, railways, airports, seaport and inland water transport development and safety: Magnitude and importance attached to the issues, resources required, strategies, timelines and the promise
6. Education:- Magnitude and importance attached to the issue, strategies to develop the sector, resources required, timeline and the promise.
7. Corruption:- Magnitude of the issue/importance , strategies to fight corruption, resources required, timelines and the promise.
8. Quality /profile of the aspirants: Magnitude of the issue, quality of their character(s), antecedents, experience, education, and any previous indictment? etc.
