Partners that are involved with an extremely jealous partner can have quite difficult issues to deal with during a relationship. A partner is jealous of you and of everything you do during the day, making it all a hard and serious challenge and in the same time result in a suffocating life. Jealousy is a definite sign of insecurity versus another partner, and is an easy reason why many couples start losing interest in their partners resulting later in a break-up. Obviously if your partner is frequently active in intense conversations with people or even friends, some kind of jealousy can likely be considered. He is surely having strong feelings for a woman, and is always thinking of the idea that he should lose her to another man that will take her away from him. His major problem is that he is insecure of his woman.

He may seek a high level of reassurance from her and frequently question her about her activities and daily movements. A jealous partner generally has a low self-esteem of himself, and always walks with that fear of being abandoned one day and remain lonely. Maybe in his past life he has already experienced a loss, and the fear that he has developed makes him acquire this behaviour of being extremely jealous. In order to control his jealousy, a woman should spend some time talking about his major problems that affect him, and in a way or another without challenging him, just try to approve whatever he finds wrong or unacceptable.

How can a woman deal with a jealous partner. Well first of all there are various forms of jealousy, and so the first thing to understand is exactly why your partner is jealous, and determine what are his real fears in this jealous act. If talking about his problem, you find out the reason of this jealousy, just talk clear to him and express exactly what you feel for him. If you really love him, assure him the best way you can, since there can be quite a chance that his behavior could change. Be open and honest to him without hiding anything, because if you really love him, you need to reassure him of his worries. His feelings for you are surely strong, since this is the primary reason he is so jealous and irritating.

During the relationship you need to constantly remind him that you feel love for him, and that you will always be there when he needs you. This way he should slowly get less suspicious of you and easily become more trusting towards you. Involving him more in the things you do and sharing more time together will surely lead your partner to better reasoning, and he will likely understand that there is no need to be so controlling and being possessive. If your partner acquires more protectiveness and trust in you, he could easily overcome this difficult issue.

A jealous partner that has decided to change, after understanding that the women has become angry and feels suffocated to the overall situation, should understand that being too possessive will only make her partner want to escape from this kind of imprisonment. It is better that he understands this, since it is an easier way that he could risk losing her forever, if he doesn't change this attitude.
