Hello Martins.

Thank you for your note. I really appreciate that.
I agree with you, though as of now nothing much we can do about it! Auction Export cooperates with Money Bookers, this is their web site http://skrill.com/ and unfortunately, they do not accept payments from some countries. It's written in their terms and conditions.

" 11.3. You may not use our services if you are residing in any of the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, North Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria or Yemen. This list is not exhaustive and we may in our sole discretion decide to discontinue or restrict our services in other countries at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Skrill Account at any time if we reasonably believe to be required to do so by law or in order to comply with recommendations issued by a relevant government authority or recognized body for the prevention of financial crime. "

So, basically it's not Auction Export restriction, buy Money Bookers condition. sad

Sir, are you a registered member with us?
Tomorrow I will have the opportunity to talk to our management. I will double check again if we can do something over this issue. I will let you know then, please tell me your email. Awaiting for your reply. smiley

Then why are you trying to do business with Nigerians? A potential customer just gave you a suggestion which I consider a huge privilege. You should be working on it and resolving the problem. If your payment merchant don't accept nigerian cards, go subscribe to other payment merchants.
Re: I Bought A Car With Auctionexport! by Boss13: 3:20am On Mar 07, 2015
I am still skeptical about your company. I will state my reasons below

- Is your company an African company doing business in North Africa?
- Payment issues. Not accepting Nigerian cards is not convenient, especially at this time when sourcing for dollars is such a strenuous exercise.
- Grammatical errors. I noticed so many grammatical errors on your post. At first, I tolerated them while assuming that the poster(s), either yourself or designated staff members, were not doing enough proofreading to correct the errors. A company must be known for professionalism and consistent grammatical errors by employees speaks volumes about its recruitment policy and this may affect the psyche of customers perception to service delivery.
- Customer Testimonials - I also observed that the videos on customer testimonials are restricted to Ghanians judging from the accents. This observation led to my first question above. Typically, if a company is resident in a particular geographical location, I would assume that most of its customers should be residents from that same location. If Canadians are not considering patronising your services/products; why should I? To also clear the air, I know Canadians also purchase used vehicles and like you previously claimed, you sell new cars too.

I would be expecting a good convincing response from you and please note that I am not considering your company a fraud, but just to be sure that your are serious enough and possess the required professional expertise in your field.

Thanks.

Good Morning to you!

Please provide me with your email address, I will send you some offers of Toyota and Honda products! cool
Read more details about bidding: BIDDING, is when you place a bid on our website, on car's profile. Whatever bidding you see and whatever bids you are submitting through our website is PRE BIDDING. For example you can place your maximum bid as $10,000 and if your bid was the highest bid of the PRE bidding round your bid will be submitted at the live sale. If your bid is the highest bid of the live sale and meets the seller reserve then you are the winner. If the seller reserve price is lower than your maximum bid and no one outbid you during the live sale then you can win the vehicle for less than your maximum bid. Remember if your maximum bid is $10,000 you can potentially win the vehicle for less than your maximum bid, assuming that it is greater than any other bids and seller reserve price is met.

We work different shifts to provide our valuable customers with the best service! Some of our staff members are not Canadians. WE SPEAK ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH, ARABIC AND RUSSIAN!

4. You're right most of our video testimonials were left by Ghanaian clients. Why? Because we have offices in Ghana and recourse to make it real! You will see, we will open office in Nigeria and we will add more video testimonials from Nigerian clients. As a matter of fact, we have much more clients from Nigeria than from Ghana.

4. We do not have customers from Canada and US! It's because all purchased vehicles through https://www.auctionexport.com/ must be sold for export outside of USA and Canada. It's our policy.

I am waiting for your reply.
Thank you for good pints and your huge interest!
