If i were him an average Nigerian, I will seek to have the money value of it immediately. Then 4-5 million for another second hand SUV. 5M or less for a piece of land in a good area. 25m for a Six Flats of Three bedroom building to stabilize my revenue. For the rainy day.

if car Is not his major problem. I think with d situation of our country, they should be giving out cash instead of cars or Both, if they are actually trying to help the masses and not to show off.
