We require an IT assistant for immediate employment. The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of IT systems, Systems documentation. Roles will also include: *Supporting internal users *Dealing with all basic issues *Escalating complex issues to the IT Manager *Installing hardware and software on users machines *Software upgrades and repairs *Manage the system backup *Providing 1st class service to everyone within the organisation Knowledge of SQL and crystal reports.
