Shiloh's departure is smooth and rhythmic. His
long strides and flowing motion require good
muscular development. Even while in the flying
trot, the straightness of the back should be. The
trot is firm and level, without swaying or rocking.
To help keep your balance, your feet are brought towards the midline when running. Forward reach of the dog should be as long as possible, ideally extends beyond the nose, giving the impression of Shiloh "fly". Faults in the movement or transport are serious.
