I learnt I won the 2014 visa lottery through an agent who I went to confirm my form with my passport and the form that I filled myself. I also confirmed it online but the printed copy he scratched off the last three digits of my confirmation number. He also told me that my place of birth was cotonou because there was actually no visa lottery was conducted in Nigeria in 2014. I just want to know how I can get through this legitimately. I will appreciate all advices and questions asked will be answered by me. Thanks
