I have written it in this wall before now but if we keep silent , things would not changed. I have received a lot email from different sellers, as well as Buyers. We all know that Konga usually put your money in escrow for 7 days called waiting period before it finally released into your wallet. From there you can transfer into your account, which Konga will tell you it will used 1 - 3 working days before it reflect in your bank account. There is nothing like automatic in their payout. Everything is done manually by Konga. If you are merchant on Konga that your money reflect in your account same day you made the payout, kindly let us know on this forum. It can never happen and it will not happen till eternity. Alot of emails have received in which some will tell you they receive their money 10 days after they made the payout by regularly phone calls to Konga. Also some buyers will tell you it takes a month before they get items purchased on Konga. If I were the buyer , I will reject such an items. Merchant try and have your web page and manage it yourself rather putting yourself under Konga. I have heard alot of dubious activities on Konga. To butteress my point search on nairaland about Konga.
