Recent World Statistics have reveals that about 20 percent of the World Population suffer one form of disability or the other thereby showing that over 25 million Nigerians are disabled. The country is one that recently celebrated 15 years of uninterrupted Democratic rule but cannot boast of successful implementation of any law or bill that can affect the lives of these people positively.
