The Website of the Award event we put out here in Europe every year (where fans have to Vote for their Favorites) is built and hosted by a guy (that self thought himself) yet nobody can VOTE twice... And here we are talking about a site set up by a Multi-million dollar company.. If people just cant be honest in little stuff like this I wonder what will happen if it's something big. In any competition or contest, there must be a winner no need for all this non stop Lies that nobody is buying please! Why bother setting up a Poll if you know you cant protect it from Fraud?

APC seems to have good followership online as reflected in different polls but we need to be very sure of the authenticity of the polls.

These online polls are built to prevent multiple entries from the same IP address. I checked the wp-poll that AIT is using on their site and the feature is built-in by default. AIT should come up with a better excuse we are not all fools

If a whole DSS can come out to allege "hacking" into the database of INEC, then you can be sure it's easy to concoct this story of multiple votings in an online poll which in a standard set-up always have in-built programs to check multiple voting.

In Nigerian Technology that I know, I have seen more than 20 different people using the same ip address given to them by their ISP. If you think I'm lying. look for 5 different people using spectranet or swift broadband and check their ip addresses, you will discover that 3 out of the 5 are using same ISP Ip address.

This is a lame excuse by AIT.

He is very correct. I once connected to our home swift broadband and my system security detected that more than too users have same IP. Which means, any computer that connects to the broadband will be allocated same IP.
