This is a backup plan abi?
If you have not heard Ericsson has slashed the salary of all their ARM (contract staff) by 10% among many other cost-cutting mechanisms.
They are also sacking many of their drivers and non-critical staff.
This is a backup plan in case people decides to resign abi? Anyway God wins
