THE MANY 'FAULTS' OF BUHARI

By Elvis Iyorngurum

Is it truly the fault of Buhari that so many things have gone wrong leaving Nigeria in a state of stinking mess? Let's do a count.

1. Buhari attempted to smuggle Umaru Dikko from the UK to Nigeria that is why our exchange rate has fallen to N213 to $1.

2. Buhari is old that is why GEJ's government stole $40Billion of our oil revenue and N1trillion through a petroleum subsidy scam, in just a year! We do not know how much they have stolen in total as of today. They also stole over N40Billion pensions fund, over N800Billion SURE-P funds...the list goes on and on. All because Buhari is old. If Buhari were young, America would know because it is their money.

3. Buhari does not have a school certificate that is why our otherwise brave soldiers are not armed but pushed to the war front to be killed and disgraced by Boko Haram and then mocked around the world by the NSA. He said our dear soldiers are cowards, they do not need sophisticated arms to fight Boko Haram.

4. Buhari was a dictator that is why GEJ's government murdered 17 graduates in a scam NIS recruitment ritual and no one has been held responsible for it.

5. Buhari does not smile that is why Boko Haram slaughtered 2000 people in Baga and our Emperor did not give a damn, they have annexed over 30,000 sq km of our territory, an area that is bigger than Denmark and our so-called C-in-C cannot dare to visit those places. They have slaughtered over 38,000 Nigerians and as of this morning, he is yet to give a damn.

6. Buhari is not women-friendly that is why GEJ's government spent over N4trillion on security, yet we are daily overrun by a ragtag terrorist group and our security apparatus is exclusively securing members of emperor GEJ's government and their friends, while the masses are left to their own fate.

7. Buhari cannot remember his phone number that is why our foreign reserve has been depleted from $66Billion to $35Billion under Emperor GEJ's rule from 2011 - date, our Sovereign Wealth Fund has vanished, our Excess Crude Account keeps depleting mysteriously and they can't account for what is happening to our resources.

8. Buhari's running mate is a Pastor with 5000 churches that is why Emperor Jonathan's government refused to rescue our 219 daughters that were abducted from Chibok by Boko Haram and incited the nation against them by lying that their abduction is a scam. Their families are still living in pain while you cannot imagine the horror the innocent girls are being subjected to everyday of their lives. How would you feel if your daughter or sister was among the girls?

9. Buhari is sick that is why Emperor Jonathan is arming a private army being built by ex-militants with N6Billion monthly under the cover of securing our oil installations, meanwhile the level of crude oil theft today is higher than ever before. They're stealing over 400,000 barrels of crude oil EVERYDAY! Note that Ghana as a nation exports only 200,000 barrels per day.

10. Buhari is not a Nigerian that is why Emperor Jona commissioned some archaic political trains in Makurdi and the next day they were all evacuated to another town for another commissioning. This shameless scamming spree of this government would not have been possible if Buhari were a Nigerian.

11. Buhari did not attend the interdenominational end of year thanksgiving service in Lagos with his wife that is why civil servants are being owed salaries, there is so much suffering, fear, poverty, insecurity and hopelessness all across our country today.

The list of Buhari's faults that have made Emperor Jona's government mindlessly corrupt, weak, ineffective and clueless is inexhaustive. Add the 'faults' you can remember to the list and share with your friends and family as we get set to crown the change that is already here on FeBUHARI 14, 2015. GOD BLESS YOU and GOD BLESS NIGERIA. ‪#‎FeBUHARI‬ ‪#‎GMB15‬

IT LACKS SUBSTANCE AND SIMPLE REASONING
Re: Jonathan Can Afford To Ignore Boko Haram - Cynical Politics by criminalmindz: 1:53pm On Jan 30, 2015
My Father in the Lord once said that for Man to function effectively he needs to return to the directives and principles of his creator and maker GOD and make his relationship right with him. A Chinese proverb opines "You do not get to your destination by being on the wrong route just because you have been on that route for 55years does not make the route right. Except we get the terms of our relationship in this union called Nigeria right, we will continue to be less than the best. The hausa/fulani cabal will continue to think that Nigeria is their Father Uthman Dan Fodio's estate, and that it is their birth right to manipulate and coarse the rest of the Nation into being slaves under the guise of rulership which they pretentiously call leadership.
Therefore for Nigeria to be that Nation that we all wish, pray and hope for, the enviable Nation that President Goodluck Jonathan and his team are working hard to achieve, we must revert to that instrument that put us together as a Nation. That fraudulent document called the 1999 constitution. for in it lies that which tears us apart, which now wears the toga of religious and ethnic battle robes. We must return to the basics to reconstruct that constitution that enslave a people and make others Lords.
As Sir. Ahmadu Bello in his broadcast of October 12, 1960 as reported by the Parrot Newspaper clearly states THE NEW NATION CALLED NIGERIA SHOULD BE AN ESTATE OF OUR GREAT GRAND FATHER OTHMAN DAN FODIO. WE MUST RUTHLESSLY PREVENT A CHANGE OF POWER. WE MUST USE THE MINORITIES IN THE NORTH AS WILLING TOOLS AND THE SOUTH AS CONQUERED TERRITORIES AND NEVER ALLOW THEM TO RULE OVER US OR HAVE CONTROL OVER THEIR FUTURE how over ambitious? How arrogant?
From the beginning the plan was laced with malice, hate, manipulations and violence. Except that he forgot the God factor.
Today TY Danjuma in line with his father's dream calls for the arrest of ASARI DOKUBO AND TOMPOLO, their offense? INFLAMMATORY STATEMENTS.
Really? hmmmm. How Ignorant? His claim should have been trying to free themselves from slavery and take control of their future!!! where was general danjuma when his friend, leader and brother Buhari abused, insulted and instigated youths against themselves in the name of politics, religious and ethnic crisis?
Buhari was first to sound this war gong when he unequivocally stated that they will make this Nation UNGOVERNABLE if Goodluck wins. As though that was not enough he asserted that THEY WILL RUN A PARALLEL GOVERNMENT.
If ASARI AND TOMPOLO'S OFFENCE IS INFLAMMATORY STATEMENT PLEASE WHAT IS BUHARI'S? Romantic?
Our dear General the conquered territories and people of the south your fore bears referred to are the Tinubu's, and the Amaechi's, and the willing tools of the minority North are the Akume's and Ogbe's. However the people of the south who were not to be allowed to rule over you or control their future are the ASARI's and TOMPOLO's. We are not as ignorant as you think.
Why did you not call for the arrest of Buhari when he threatened the existence and unity of this Nation? Why did you not find Buhari's statement provocative and inflammatory?
What is your fear sir? That your 'slaves' are now masters of their fate? That a people refuses to stay slaves forever? Times have changed. Ignorance and military terrorism are not the requirements for success in Nigeria anymore.
We are not as ignorant as you think, we know our history well and daily people research for answers to why we have stayed impoverish all these years?
Do you think that arresting ASARI AND TOMPOLO will stop our quest for Equity and justice? if killing KEN SARO WIWA and ISAAC ADAKA BORO did not stop us why do you think this your new strategy will dissuade us?
Get this straight we are not afraid of the cabal.

People should nt take the west serious in d area of helping to fight terrorism.
US has always proven to b behind the wars on earth without a success story.
Imagin a coalition of world powers headed by the US can nt destroy isis for about a year nw. Ridiculous. Look at the fate of Egypt, libya, iraq, syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan etc.
US is a war monger once given the opportunity to come in Nigeria, Boko Haram will start spreading to the east n west.
People should look at their history.

I don't think the writer is saying Jonathan is responsible for BH, he's just saying that Jonathan's lacklustre attitude towards the terrorists is simply because their continued existemce is favourable to his re-election bid currently.

The write-up is in fact precise cuz this is an accusation that has been going around Nigeria

Yikes. I hope such cynical political calculations are not actually the reasons for our lack of progress in the fight against Boko Haram.

I think the article is wrong to say that Jonathan didn't win the plurality of votes in any northern states. He won some PDP-dominated states.
the article means plurality in literal sense.

America with all their sophistication and in coalition with several countries is still incapable of defeating ISIS, Alqaeda and Taleban for years now.
All this dubious western journalists should go to Sambisa and get their heads sawed off like ISIS have done to many of them recently and leave Nigeria Army alone.
Nigeria Govt says give us the weapons but the western countries wants to use BH as a way to send their troops to occupy Nigeria. Any country that they enter, they will never leave including Lebanon, Germany, Afghanistan, Korea etc where the UN and US have military bases for many years.

what is the role of C in C of a nation if he can't lead the war, all the great leaders lead the nation in the war, Winston Churchill, Charles De Gaulle, Roosevelt, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela... this just shows that we have a coward president and C in C, whose interest is just to be in power and not fight for the nation.

Jonathan ways with whatever name sambo called it on tackling Boko Haram has led to the death of thousands of Nigeria n's and the destruction of their properties. Why didn't he act when your National Security Adviser (NSA) man, the late AZAZI told him the obvious truth. Just ask yourself why Jonathan not act decisively against Boko haram and why we have not seen first execution of Boko haram suspect and their sponsor being convicted in the law Court.?

Do we really believe that Boko Haram is faceless & the members are spirits? Boko Haram capitalised on Jonathan's emptiness and focus on looting instead of equipping the military to recruit, acquire weapons and has now overwhelmed our indolent military.

Mr president suddenly remember to visit borno and campaign in borno during election period but finds the same borno unsafe to visit when the citizens need him most. ( so convenient ). God detest hypocrisy "do unto others as you'd have them do".

Niger Army, Cameroun Army and Chad Army were able to drive away Boko haram and Just earlier in the week Chad army reclaimed Nigerian territory captured by Boko haram. What a shame. Nigerian soldiers asking for better ammunitions were sentenced to death and charged with treason. You claimed over public media that sponsors are in your government and nothing was done about it. Mr. President, pls convince yourself if you know nothing about Boko haram

Abacha in one of his famous quotes asserted that, any terrorist activity cannot linger in any part of Nigeria except the Government has something to benefit from or is part sponsoring it.
The late ex-National Security Adviser did allude to this before, he was silenced permanently

"Boko Haram is a product of bad government" - US Intelligence

Today, accusing fingers are being pointed at others. Ethnicity and religion are now tearing the country apart

let vote for a CHANGE to move Nigeria forward

"There is a popular view that unrest in the northeast improves the chances of Jonathan’s re-election. It is not unjustified."

With all due respect this is the dumbes.t view I have ever read. One of the major reason why most southerners are skeptical about re-electing GEJ is due to the insurgency in the north so I fail to see the positive correlation between the two.
Don't you really think that if the Chibok girls are found tomorrow, it will double if not triple Jonathan's chances of winning. In fact I might be right to say he will undoubtedly win the elections....
