Atleast', I'm eating thrice in a day excluding 'ipapanu' like suya' and others I have no fear of insecurity a long as my hood is concerned. No problem whatsoever. although the pocket is not as fat as was before.. For that reason I don't see myself suffering, unless you have your own definition of suffering.
