Yes, and absolutely. Attaching you nysc certificate is a pre requisite, not doing so means that you have not completed nysc, therefore, you're not eligible to apply. On the other hand, you may still keep hope alive, trusting God. Who knows...

That's not true... It has been repeated on this thread that the Nysc cert becomes essential basically at the point of registration.
As at when I applied for the programme, I was still serving and so I didn't also attach my NYSC cert cos I didn't have it yet I got admitted.
I don't think discharge cert is your problem @lois2016

You will log into student portal with your application number and surname. It will prompt you to change password.

After then, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you have registration, admission letter etc.

You will be able to generate fees on the dashboard as well...

I logged in as u said but it took me to my normal profile. no prompt message to change password

Has anybody applied for part payment of fees? What are the terms and conditions? I saw on the portal that the process is not reversible, so I kind of just want to know hw far.

You will be ask to pay some interest though small. that means you will chose to pay your fees by semester albeit divided into half or one-quarter. about non-reversible, its not true, try it if you are not comfortable cancel it.

the drawback it that you will pay interest, so you will pay more eventually.

my advise, dont take that route. registration will still be on till March. go hustle.

I strongly believe the admission was based on the test result. I also registered with my call up letter and yet I got admitted. Just hope for the best bro. it's well!

I also completed my nysc last year October and I got admission. I don't think you are being disqualified due to aforementioned.
