Pizza happens to be a growing trend here in Lagos. Its a meal that contains almost all the nutrients from tomatoes, pepper, onions, cheese, beef, chicken we can go on…..

Its major combo and great for growing kids. Personally I rather make mine than buy one…. Its easy to make, very affordable and making pizza at home is far richer than buying it from any fast-food.

They are numerous ways of making pizza, but it follows a tradition of dough and endless list of toppings, depending on your preference. For me I prefer to add mozzarella cheese as the last topping , others would add theirs as the first and last. But its a free world….
You will need an estimate budget of about N2,000 to to make about 3 medium sized pizzas, and I mean very rich, juicy, yummy, pizzas……

half a bowl of flour

1 table spoon of yeast

4 table spoon of oil

4 table spoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of pepper

Tomatoes, tatase, green pepper and onion

Few pieces of meat

chicken sausages

Tomato paste or ketchup

1 table spoon of garlic powder

a pinch of salt

A small piece of Mozzarella cheese
