I didn't dignify a lot of you with a response on the issue, cos I perfectly understand what the press statement said. I never defended the issue nor argue for it, because the press statement is quite unambiguous for sensible literates. "They hoped he will speak...". It can go either ways.

Now going to the other assertions you made in your post. YOU GUYS NEED TO HAVE YOU HEAD EXAMINED. That a lot of people do not support President Jonathan for 2nd term does not mean we hate him!!!
