If you say Mourinho groomed Hazard and Varane, then you have a different meaning to the word groom. Get your facts right first before posting them here.
So can you name players wenger groom?

Shut ur mouth my friend, it shows u have zero knowledge of the game, dont be spewing jargons here, was benfica a rich club? was porto a rich club? The likes of victor baia, deco, costinha, dymitri alenichev, postiga were those big money signings? He won the champions league with those group on limited funds and also did same with a relatively aging inter side, also with little funds, their is no comparism with him and that clueless old goat wenger. Is ur defination of success 4th place every season? Or going trophyless for 9 years? Only deluded arsenal fans rejoice in failure.
Thank you my man..arsenal fans are use to failure thank to wenger a.k.a specialist in failure.

Mourhino ke? A coach that coached topflight teams without a single trophy for two consequtive season. I beg, I would rather utilize my bus all the time than parking it.

I would rather stick with Pep honezly.
He won super cup with Real Madrid in his last season, get ur fact right.

Deco, Carvalho, Özil, Varane, Santon,
I said one and you mentioned five. If you check your history well, those players were good players nurtured by someone else before Mou had any contact with them.

good players nurtured another person? I'll direct to read Deco's Wikipedia
then

But it was Mourinho, he later admitted, who shaped his career. "Before Mourinho arrived I was sad," he said. "I was inconsolable as I had gone three years without winning the league title. Mourinho was contagious in his way of being and working. We started winning matches straight away and soon felt it was possible to win the league. We played beautiful football."

This I what Deco said after retiring. How about unknown quantities like Carvalho? And Benni Mccarthy who was loaned to porto because he couldn't cut it at lowly Real Mallorca?

And 18 year old Carlos Alberto who started in a champions league final?

Santon was given his debut by José

He entrusted the marking of Messi to a 19 year old Varane and succeeded

Zouma is playing well under him despite younger years.

Pls show me a 19 year old at arsenal that plays half as well as Zouma
