We lay the asphalt and then a roller is being used to smoothen the surface.

We sell per tonnage and our trucks are 20 tonnes size.
1 Tonne = 13,000

Transportation = 60, 000 (Full Truck)
Transportation = 40, 000 (Half Truck) depending on location.

We cover Lagos and Ogun.

Yes I have other pictures and tonnage doesn't include labour.

We can execute as many order as possible.
For 2 inches thickness, 1 tonne covers 10 sqm.
Per tonnage charge for ASPHALT is 13,000 for now and the cheapest so far.
Labour- 2500/sqm or you get labourers yourself while I do the supply of Asphalt.

Interested!!! Did interlocking stones before now,but I got a poor job, been thinking of removing d stones and doing a stamped concrete, but then this asphalt option seems what's best for me cos of the rain water flowing out faster!

I like asphalt as well but the burning smell of it is my only concern. Imagine the burning smell of it in an enclosed residential area.

Asphalt is durable depending on the thickness.

Honestly, I don't think asphalt is best to be used in a compound. Infact, in my years of work, never seen it done in a compound; at best, an estate road or a normal road or a driveway. Even the pictures posted by the OP say so; I didn't see it being done in any compound except roads.
