Almost every home irrespective of their income, has these 2 things: 1. Generator: Income or class may determine the size of the generator, but almost every home has one or even 2. Be it 100KVA perkins/Cummins or the so called 'I rich pass my neighbour', Gen is gen. They both have light. 2. Dstv Dish: The bouquet subscribed to may be different.
