I can't say yes or no. They understand their recruitment procedures but this one is for applicants that have 4 - 6 years experience . They may not write test before the 1st stage interview.

Question varies per d role u re applying for. U can b asked y shud dey employ u?
U can b giving a video to watch nd asked if u were in d situation, how wud u react?
U can also b asked how can u contribute to d growth of d company?

Good day all. Thank God the interview was interesting o . As for questions! Depends on your flow from the usual lets meet you, the conversation develops from there. By God's grace i was only asked how would i make a customer happy... And i nailed it. But all glory be to God.

For those who plan to quit their current job so as to work woth IKEDC, I would advice you DONT. You can take the job if you are jobless, but it is not a job one can have peace while working. Yes the pay is 129k and you will be required to work most Saturdays and sometimes fall prey to aggressive brutal customers.

Yes the pay is 129k and you will be required to work most Saturdays and sometimes fall prey to aggressive brutal customers.

Bro have you done your final interview with IKEDC, please let me know coz I have completed my medicals early last month and they are putting me on hold for the next batch. So let me know when you get contacted for your medicals.
