The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has revealed plans to use disabled people for future elections.
National Mirror reports that the Ogun state office of the commission made this known on Tuesday, saying the electoral umpire would in the nearest future engage the services of people living with disability, in an attempt to ensure that all Nigerians have equal rights to participate in polls.
