I don't know where to place this but I have called customer care but to no avail, I never subscribed for mobile newspaper on my line I was forcefully subscribed for and the funniest aspect is any credit left on my line will all be wiped off and I have dialed *678# and it will be confirmed that I ha been successfuly unsubscribe but it still continues I believe somebody reading this will help

They have been doing that to me that is why I decided to stop recharging My main line.

Are you a customer care agent? That illegal deduction has been frustrating as for Me I have decided not to recharge My main line again.

Thank God, u opened dis thread i tot i was d only one, am so vexed ryt now dat airtel is d only netwk dat has netwk coverage in my area, i stopped using & loading my main airtel line for 2wks becos d baastards( yes baastards, i really mean it) keep deducting my moni not 1,2,3 or more times i can remember, anytime i recharge my line, i make sure i dnt leave any balance on d line for fear of d animals not removin my moni, i jst bought anoda airtel line strictly for making calls, once i get coverage from oda networks, i am so leaving dis idiots, stupid & fraudulent network.
