Nawa o,102 housing units, the mods rushed the thread to front page, this is even far below what some private developers are doing in lagos. U can quote me am an estate surveyor and valuer practising in Lagos state

All the money he's been conned of in Lagos over the past two weeks alone is enough to build a 1000 flats estate. Nevertheless, if he likes, he can commission or inaugurate a 2million housing estate, he will never get my vote.
