Here, you are required to provide relevant information and an overview of your academic background, professional experience, skills and other qualifications. This is to provide a clear cut image for us to know who you are and where you want to go, professionally.

Stage 3: Specialization Tests
Your specialization is that field in which you are highly skilled. For the purpose of this quest, you would have selected one out of five categories of specialization.
As a specialist in a particular field, you have to be able to prove that you understand the core concepts of your field.
The tests that will follow aim to highlight your areas of strength and where you need improvement in your field of specialization.

Stage 4: Aptitude Tests
This final stage is intended to assess certain analytic, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills.
Aptitude tests assess problem-solving abilities, while also addressing data sufficiency, logic, and critical reasoning skills that are vital to career success.

u can't go through to the next stage without their approval,that's why they said wait until the green button pops up
