Pls I just got an invite from Stanbic IBTC Bank for an aptitude test.I applied as an experienced staff and did interview at their Ibadan regional branch in Feb.They have now called me for an aptitude test in their head office at Walter Carrington.does anyone know their test format Pls?....

Results are out already depending on the day you wrote your own test. Mine is out , and I wrote the test on March 20.

The Assessment is in SHL format...35 Numeric Reasoning and 48 Verbal Reasoning questions to be answered in 35 and 25 minutes respectively.

Each section is preceded by some examples, PLEASE ensure you completely understand them (especially the Numeric Reasoning examples) before you commence the assessment.

Bro I need some clarification pls. Does this same format applies to other cadres apart from Experience hire?

The questions (based on my little experience) are generally simple, all you need do is work very fast and accurately too.

Don't spend too much time on any question you find difficult.

its nt a scam, there were some suspicious stuff in d mail thats y i tot it was, hv confirmed from anoda person its nt a scam, sorry for dat

I wrote it @ their head office in VI,Lagos. But I think that position is under the role of Commercial/Private Banking Support Officer.

Same assessment format applies to all cadres but the pass score may differ.
