Reporting from ward 2 Masses seriously angry as elections are yet to begin due to materials received for the elections have not been distributed to electoral officers. The masses argued that if by 11:15am accreditation has not started,then it is a ploy by the SPOs to rig the election since accreditation will end by 1:00pm. Please note that all these happend inspite of corps members spending the night in Inec office under harsh conditions in Osisioma Ngwa LGA
