As an eligible and citizen of Nigeria who want to perform his civil responsibility today election hereby voice out the side negative effect on the uses of card reader.
The card reader as proposed by INEC, to curb rigging and unwarrant voters card, is time consuming mostly probably de-franchised eligible citizen.
Here we want individual opinion on the uses of card readers, the positive and negative effect.

this what is currently happen in my local government, particularly my ward

Our card reader is faulty Owerri Municipal, Azuzi 4 polling booth 009. We are still waiting for replacement

I didn't expect the card reader to be 100% fine since it's our first time of using it. INEC said there was alternative arrangements should a card reader fail. So, as far as that arrangement is in place and used, I have no problems with its use for this election.
