Many are @ home today with either inability to vote because they neva register, some registered but pvc not given or able to collect it, some cant travel to their polling center i.e outside their current state, some neva gave voting a thought and lastly, some av their pvc but will neva vote.pls no offence.I will say true because afterall they performed their civic responsibility with no regret of when i av d chance to change it, they will say i did my best.
