Get NOD 32 Antivirus and scan your system.

Pls help.After installing eset nod 32 antivirus in my pc after formating c.I scan the whole system but immeditly i click patition D.It appears again.Pls is there anyother way.Pls somebdy should help.

Pls my system was not able to do system restoration.Is there any other way i can do that coz wen i delete it i.e Home video.Avi n CRSS.Exe. using winrar archiver it appers again immediatly after deleting.Pls help.

Which antivirus is capable of removing it without internet connection coz my internet explorer is now Ahan bhuta. I.E 110mb.Com e.T.C.

why disturb yourself so much.
i personally havent seen any anti virus that removes it. i would implore you to backup your files and format the system.
if it is a laptop, be sure you have the drivers.

Well I had the same problem, You will ve to format all partions on your Pc C,D and E the virus attacks storage devices so if you format one partion and leave the other it will find its way there and re-infect other partions so best solution format all partions hope this helps.

hey you dont have to format nothing, i've taken out that virus so many times without much hasles, just do me a mail at babydragon701@yahoo.com if you need some help, and pls to all, when you don't hav the adequate solution to a problem its best u suggest rather that sound sure, my 2cents

why do u want the poster to mail u?abi u r one of them elitist types? afterall this is a forum we all want to learn, it seems somehow for u to advice ppl to keep quiet when they dont know jack and u urself are not doing much better!. . .my own 2 cents!

I have been keeping quiet but i must talk: ehm, when viruses like that infect your pc, they scatter your settings such that even if you remove the viruses, your system will be f***d up, so best thing is to backup your files, format all your partitions, reinstall your pc, install an antivirus, update your antivirus, scan the files you backed up, and restore them back to your system.

However if your pc is a laptop with recovery partitions, then it is best to backup your drive, use your recovery cd or whatever and return your files back after. If you are not clear, let us know.

Scanning a pc that the virus has spread and scattered all the config is just waste of precious time and resource.

i agree with u but i somehow think that arming ppl with cd's and dvd's to format the computer population of the world(well in this case NL) makes life more difficult cos once u start formatting a computer regularly i'll be losing disk space and not to talk of all the "i formatted my computer and ____ is not working anymore cases"

Well, formating is not alwayz the solution. But in this situation, it happens to be the easy way out.

Of course, i am 200% sure formating will solve the problem, what i am sure ppl want to know was: did you remove the virus and everything was ok? and if so how?

But as for me - i will bet he formated at least the partition containing the os.

Guessed as much. Lucky you. There are some other ways to go about it without formating, but they are a bit advanced, i am not sure if that is something i can pass on in few posts. Anyway, at least you have solved the problem.

Lesson:
1) use good antivirus program, keep antivirus up-to-date, be careful with all removeable drives: flash drives,
2) If you visit bad websites sites (cracks, keygens,porn), try to stay on the ones that you are not likely to get viruses (dont ask me which ones)
3) Be careful of what you download from internet

That is it, some few more things can still be added to the least. The most important lesson is that: preventing a virus from entering your pc.
THat is what antiviruses, firewalls and all those stuffs are meant for.

And that if a virus enters your pc, settings may be scattered and even after removal your pc may never be the same again. But if you are removing a virus from say, a removeable drive - no harm done.
