I argued several times with GEJ supporters on the falsehood of this particular statement but even though it was VERY clear that it was a deliberate false interpretation, the GEJ supporters wouldnt want to hear any of it, the kept dwelling on it and acting as if they didnt have brains. I generally had to just shun the argument.
