doctors in the House I have been battling this issue for over 4yrs now,I hv gone for x-ray nd taken drugs all to know avail...pls Help a brother

Anyway, I'll recommend having some good daily exercise which will focus mainly on your waist most especially the sacral region and its surrounding vertebra.

am a footballer this pain is affecting my career
I stretch very well before I train and d most annoying part is dat if I walk for long d pain would jst increase

please hlep this pain is making me very sad every day ,when I sit down nd try to get up I cnt stand straight,the pain would become so severe

I once had this issue of waist pain it was so serious I couldn't walk and stand last 2 weeks.It was really serious I couldn't go out.I eventually used Forever Freedom and Aloe Heat Lotion to massage my back.I'm better now.55dd0e94
