I think whenever the parent allows it. I've had 3 boyfriends in the last three years. I'm not even at teenager yet but im very close to it. I think you can have a boyfriend at a yong age but no sex until you are married to the ove in your life but im a christian so it could be different my parent and religion rules.

OKAY! listen, a 13 year old noes alot now a days, but i still think that 13 maybe a little too young depending how mature they are, some are ver y some not so much, i say about 8th or 9th grade is good, so that would be about 14 or 15, to really get the understanding of dating, i am in the 9th grade, and in 8th grade, dating meant at school were parents never new what the hell went on!

It all depends on the girl not all are the same.
My daughter had her first boyfriend with 14 but no sex.
When a girl wants to have sex she will do it with or with out permission.
Well when she had the second boyfriend she was 15 and i could tell that this relationship was different. I dropped a packet of condoms for her in her room .And i made an appointment with a very strict gynecologist and sent her there on her own.I made it clear to her that it was her Doctor and i cannot go there asking questions and if she felt she could have sex , she can also go to the Dr.
The Dr dose a check up every six months. she is now 17 and still with the same boyfriend.
The other two are too small 12 and 10.
That I allowed my Ada to have a boyfriend at that age dose not mean the others will start at the same time , Not every one matures the same.

But if i see i cant stop them i will use my hand to buy condom and send them to the Dr

OK, personally I think 13 is a good age. By boyfriend I do not mean sex. Just a boy you really like and have feeling for and he loves you back. You start saying that 13 year olds don't know what love is. They should be educated about sex, ect.
