It can be cultivated in Nigeria but i am not sure if anyone does. I recently made an order for the seed from the continental importers here. It should be here by next week.

He is a Nigerian but brings in Continental seeds of all types on large scale. I currently use lot of their seeds.

I don't think so. Some seed are brought in only on request eg the butternut squash is on request by me.

Its 10 gramms per pack. I ordered for several seeds so i will be able to give the cost per gram.

Butternut is been cultivated in one nearby farm where I have my poultry. I supply them manure. I want to go into it too, but maybe when the weather is favourable.
