In Aniocha North, Onicha Olona, Ward4, accreditation started at about 9.30am to 2.50pm. The processe witnessed very low voter turn out. The report below is the number of accredited voters for all the polling units after they stopped accreditation;

Voting then commenced at exactly 3pm, & ended at about 4.30pm in all the eight polling Units. At this time, the voters dispersed almost in a uniformed pattern, after which one Hon. Engr. Victor Ochei, a seating member of the Delta State House of Assembly, who contested for the Delta North Senatorial seat on the platform of Accord Party on March 28th 2015, drove in with armed policemen, had a meeting with all the INEC adhoc staff in each of the polling units, & all Party agents available, & gave them money, & instructed them to thumb print the remaining empty ballot papers in favor of Accord Party's State Assembly candidate. Under the supervision of this, Hon. Victor Ochei, the Adhoc staff with the party agents started the act of illegally thumb printing the ballot papers & stuffing the ballot boxes. At this point, I was able to record some of these acts that I can capture, & left as soon as I felt I was at risk by further staying there. Find attached pictures, and videos of this events.

As at 2.30pm today 13th of April 2015, the Returning Officer for this LGA, Mrs. Chiejile Faith whose phone number is 07060567492, who is alleged to have collected money from Hon. Engr. Victor Ochei to accept, & announce the results of the wards where this fraud took place has disappeared & cannot be found or reached by people of this Local Government. Reports has it that the INEC Situation room at Abuja has seen this video & has since asked for the cancellation the elections in that LGA.

After all and all Accord Party still failed that lady should be arrested and prosocuted for trying to subdue the will of the people

TALKING ABOUT MERIT AND CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA...

In Nigeria, if somebody happens to get something that he merited, just like that (without him having to go some extra miles for it), then, it means that the person "Over-Merited" that thing.. What it means is that, that thing was meant for that person alone and no one else, and that no one else was able to gain access to it before it reached him..

In Nigeria, even when something is being merited by someone and is meant for the person, but it happens that someone else can have access to it, then, this other person would just gain access to it and take over it..

This is the behaviour of an average Nigerian, and we seem to see nothing wrong with it.. This is what we grew up with, and thus, Integrity is no more in our blood. Consequently, we would carry this foul behaviour into our various offices..

If unauthorised accesses should be checked and eliminated in the process of handling and passing down "packages of merit" from the source to the merited owners, then, corruption would be reduced too.. In that case, these middle men would pass down what should be passed down, without gaining access to it (no matter how hard they tried to gain access to it), not to talk of keeping it for their own personal use..
The corruption in Nigeria is mainly as a result of people who are supposed to be guarding against unauthorised access to sensitive objects, who turned out to be the very ones selling out the access to these very objects so cheaply.. (as can be seen in the above example)
Now, the question is, "where do we start in correcting this anomaly.?"

The problem of corruption in Nigeria, as we all know, is deeply rooted in "Mis-management of Funds"..
Meaning that, the Nigerian wealth is getting into the wrong hands just because these middle men gained access to what they naturally shouldn't have gained any access to; and they think it is just normal.
First of all, a very quick solution to corruption in Nigeria would be to enable a system that eliminates all unauthorised access to funds and sensitive documents, no matter how hard the defaulters tried to gain access. This would surely go a long way. Secondly, the habit and culture of integrity should be planted and imbibed in Nigerians even at very tender ages..

Delta state election was rigged massive. I conducted an election in a polling uint in okpe and in the collection centre, according to the unadulterated information we had, LP was leading massively.
