I usually wash my rice once or twice before cooking depending on how much starch(the whiteness of the water) comes out of it. But I stumbled on a food blog recently suggesting that rice must be washed thoroughly before cooking. So I ask...how many times do you wash your rice before cooking?

Sometimes I wash it just once. Sometimes I don't wash at all I just pour everything inside the pot n add salt. No be me day here so? All dis wash n clean am well things Na day kill our immune systems.

I am sure that you sometimes do eat out. lemme ask this, can you sincerely tell if the rice you eat at restaurants were parboiled?

I wash mine three to five times.
