This is the new NDDC HEADQUARTERS Building, located at Eastern By Pass, Marine Base, Port Harcourt. The project was initiated during the time of OMPADEC, but was abandoned for over twenty years . During the time of abandonment, the edifice served as criminal hide out, which made that area very unsafe. Today, it's under serious construction.
It may surprise many people that the current NDDC HEADQUARTERS at Aba road is a rented office.
I pray and hope it's not abandoned again.

Sadly the people keep looking up North for the source of their problems forgetting that the people killing them are useless Niger Deltans in leadership positions e.g. Jonadunce, Wike, Clark, Odili etc.
