Awaiting more success story here , I just linked me and my daughter( 1yrs, 3month) paper Application online which i did not do upfront medical. if i am called for medical will I be notify on my online linked application? Also do they ask toddler to undergo medical too?

Apply for wife's Study permit first, when she get her TRV and study permit, upon arrival in Canada, you can now apply with your daughter as soon as she commence class. That what i did.

But also, have read so many testimonies about people applying same time with wife, child and husband and being granted. But SOWP usually takes longer than study permit.

1. That our 5 year old daughter should apply using an "open study permit form". I was asked to look for it on the website. I have searched and searched. I dont know if I am searching wrongly, anyone knows where I can get it?

2. I also hear I must submit original copies of any letter addressed to the embassy. Please the invitation letter from my husband and the letter his supervisor will write in support of our application can he scan it to us or he must post it to make sure its the original he is sending?

I actually did not link my application online but you will get notified/updates on your linked application when you are called for medical.

1. I'm not sure there is any document titled 'Open Study Permit'. What i know is that people apply for Visit Visa for their underage kids.

2. He can scan and email all original documents to you and you print out.

*if you are going paper route for Work Permit, here is a link with all required forms. you can also find online route link as well.

*You will just need to print his supporting documents and the letters should be signed by whoever is writing it.
