a concerned citizen saw this old woman roaming the streets, with blood dripping on her shirt.A Facebook usercould not help but approach her and ask her what happened. The old woman said some people gave her alcohol instead of the water she was asking for. She felt dizzy and injured herself. She is lost and does not know where she is exactly, but she would not accept any money or food given to her (maybe because of how people tricked her with the alcohol)
