Look at this fellow southerners!
This is the reason why the alleged northern domination may never stop.

First, in terms of landmass, the north is more than two times bigger than the south thereby putting the north an advantaged position in terms of number of states, voters' population, representation in government etc.
Second, disunity amongst the people of the south is another big advantage for the north.

I remember that our leaders in the past realized this later in their lives but I do not know if it was too late.
For example, one of Southern Nigeria's heroes, Ojukwu preached passionately about "handshake across the Niger " in his later years.

Did you read the write up at all? The Biafran soldiers thought that Ore was heavily enforced that is why they did not move beyond that bridge, if they had know that just 129 soldiers were there they would have easily overrun them and head straight for Lagos which was the target.

I laugh hard at the bold part, go and read about Major Okafor and how he completely destroyed Nigerian army second division during the war. We had a lot going against us then that is why we lost the war. If we had just a quarter of the weapons you guys had the outcome would have been different.

Which war did adekunle fight? He was busy shooting women & children within the outskirts of Biafra while the man went forward under Etuk. Do you know that Biafran forces destroyed one-third of adekunle's 3rd marine commando even before he could start operation OAU?

Obasanjo himself took a shot in the arse at some point when he had to flee battle.

Just listen to yourself ! So Col. Iluyomade should have announced to the invading Biafran Army the number of his men, tactics, strengths and weaknesses right ? I'm not in anyway surprised though, because such illogical reasonings are quite synonymous with lgbo people.

You didn't deal with Biafran solders. You dealt with Yoruba future and interest. You empowered Hausa/Fulani to enslave Yoruba ethnic nationality and her unborn generation. You have proven the fact that the average Yoruba is a SOPHISTIGATED slowpoke by focusing on Biafra instead of Northerners you humiliated nd occupied your land.

The Yoruba solders were the headache of the Biafran solders during the civil war, we dealt with them so much they were defeated on all front led by Yoruba solders.

It is understandable they hate us so much knowing the Yorubas are more tactical and efficient when it comes to action

I wonder how the Oduduwa agitators of today would feel to know that some of their fathers once fought at Ore to become slaves of the North?

Very unfortunate that it never occurred to your people to fight to be slaves to nobody. You ate are proud not to have been a slave to the East, but very proud to have been a slave to the North

In Ore, you guys only fought to choose which slave master would have, rather than fight to be slaves to nobody

Thats what Im saying. While Ojukwu was fighting for the right of his people to be free, your fathers were busy fighting for the right to chose which slave master. Now you can be very happy that it was the North that became your slave master and not the East, but a slave none the less grin grin grin

I bet you have an award in your house that says "we beat back Ojukwu and the East at Ore so that we could assume our role as loyal slaves of the North".

Next time, open your eyes and direct your foolishness towards River Niger.

Try and count how many Igbos have died trying to achieve Biafra and you'll see that you're in no position to smirk. Rather go and mourn your dead.

They wanted to come to Yorubaland to colonize us. It's been long these people had their eyes on Yorubaland.

A genocide where Biafran army was marching their troops towards Yorubaland to conquer it.

Logical thinking must be an uphill task for you guys.

Open a dictionary and learn the meaning of genocide.

Immediately after the war, the Igbos went back to resettle in the North.

Ekwueme became VP to another Fulani.

Ojukwu himself contested in the election for the presidency of a country he wanted to dismantle.

one thing you should know is that all the casualties suffered by Biafran soldiers were caused by Yoruba led fronts. It is a fact that Yorubas are more tactical in war than any other tribe in Nigeria

Lwkmd. Yorubas are more tactical in war than any other tribe in Nigeria ? ....and the fulanis conquered your Ilorin and will keep it forever. Continue fooling yourself.

Guess who's shouting marginalization today in Nigeria?

Guess who everyone is referring to as a miserable dot in a circle.

Guess who's abandoning their homeland like refugees in droves today.

Guess who's bitter that they can never be the president of Nigeria anymore.

From your conclusion, who do you think are the slaves?

How many Yorubas have died doing 'one Nigeria'? How many died in OPC or June 12th?

So, that was why Ojukwu was dropping bombs on Lagos hoping to kill who exactly? Not the ibos as they have all ran back to Biafra whilst the Northerners have evacuated their families back to their region leaving just their soldiers.

My late father with my pregnant mother escaped by the whiskers the one dropped at Yaba cinema house. It is the air raids of the Egyptians and Pakistani pilots mostly talked about, rarely do people mention the Lagos bombing
