Sorry for the late reply....you on hotspot on the phone sending and wifi on the receiving phone.....you hold on the file you want to send on till it shows send option at one corner of the screen and drag the file to send
Make sure the receiving phone has es file opened and hotspot on before attempting to send...join the network of the receiving phone after dragging the file to share

you need navigate to android/system data and zip and copy the specific app data files and send alongside the apk to the next device -- its that easy bro
